Grow your own talent.
School leavers and degree apprentices give you people trained in your systems, your standards and your culture from day one. The training is funded for most young apprentices, so it has rarely cost less to start — the hard part is finding the right person and getting the paperwork right. That is the part we do.
- £0training cost for apprentices aged 16–24At most employers, from August 2026. Eligibility varies by employer size and levy status.
- £2,000hiring payment per new 16–24 apprenticeFor eligible non-levy employers, from October 2026. Paid in two parts, the first after 90 days.
- 0%employer National Insurance on apprentices under 25On earnings up to the upper secondary threshold.
- £8.00minimum hourly apprentice rateFrom April 2026, for under-19s or anyone in the first year of their apprenticeship. After that the normal minimum wage for their age applies.
You can post a vacancy for nothing. Most of them do not work.
We surveyed 500 live apprenticeship adverts
Two of them stated what grades you needed to apply. That is 0.4%. Every other advert leaves a seventeen-year-old guessing whether they are wasting their time, and most of them guess that they are and move on. We write the advert properly.
Matching, not keyword search
We rank candidates against your role on grades, interests and how far they can realistically travel — not on who happened to search the right word. Paid placement is weighted deliberately below fit, so a featured vacancy can break a tie but never outrank a better match.
We reach people who are not searching
Most school leavers are not on job boards. We reach them through matched email, search pages built for the towns and sectors they live in, and social — which is where sixteen-year-olds actually are.
You can prove it worked
Every candidate we send you is recorded on our side, with our own timestamp, before they reach your form, and tagged so the same referral shows up independently in your analytics. An auditable referral, not a claim.

The paperwork
The parts of hiring an apprentice that put employers off. We do them for you.

A candidate pool built for this, not a CV database.
InternNet is free for students and always will be. They come for the matching and the application help — CV feedback, cover letters, interview practice, deadline reminders — and they stay because of it. 3 have built a profile so far. Which means the people we refer to you have told us their grades, their interests and how far they can travel, and have had help putting an application together before it reaches you.
